• They can offer value adding & cost saving solutions for the project
• The builders can commence building works at a time that suits you
• The expertise each builder offers for your type of construction.

Find Your Builder will email/send you the three builders contact & company profile details.

Each builder will contact you to arrange a time to meet with you, arrange a site inspection & to pickup a set of tender documents/plans to price your project.

Find Your Builder team member assists you and the builders to:

1. Arrange a site inspection & provide a set of plans/tender documents to each builder to price your project
2. Arrange a suitable time period for the Builders to price the works & present their proposal to you.
3. Review the price/proposals of each submission with you.
4. Arrange a meet with the preferred builder/builders to discuss their proposals/price in detail.
5. Choose the right builder to build your project, by taking into account the relationship created during the tender/pricing period, the tender/price proposal, when they can start, time the works will take to complete & by visiting other projects they have completed similar to yours.
6. Enter into a Building Industry Contract for the project (recommended building contracts providers are - Australian Standards, Dept of Fair Trading, Institute of Architects, Master Builders Association & Housing Industry Association).
